Sales taxes are applicable for buyers located in Canada. Stripe automatically emails an invoice upon renewal, which serves as your official proof of purchase.
If you require specific documentation for internal company policies or procurement purposes, please contact us prior to payment — we’ll do our best to assist, but may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Promotional codes, if applicable, are valid for individual subscriptions only. They are non-transferable, cannot be shared across multiple user accounts, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- After payment is completed, users are automatically redirected to create their access immediately — ensuring quick and convenient activation. In rare cases where the redirect is blocked (e.g., by certain browser settings), you can contact us at support-at-adpharm.net, and we’ll manually create your access within 24 hours.
- Subscriptions auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access. You may cancel at any time via our billing portal at https://adpharm.net/manage. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
- For accounts with multiple users, once your payment is completed, please send us an email at sales@adpharm.net with the email addresses of your users. We will create the users on our end and send emails with access details shortly after. All users should be from the same company and within the same email domain (i.e. name@companydomain.ext).
